1. Digital Products

All photos and videos sold through this website are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing digital photos and videos, you acknowledge that:

• Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged
• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued after purchase completion

2. Download Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased photos and videos. Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files within the access period
• We are not responsible for expired download links
• Downloaded files are your responsibility to store and maintain

3. Personal Use Licence

When you purchase photos or videos, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal-use licence to download and use the content. This is a personal use licence only.

Personal use means:

• Non-commercial use for display on personal websites and computers
• Making prints or copies for personal use
• Sharing on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Personal enjoyment and display

You may NOT:

All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR). All payments are processed securely through Paystack using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not have access to or store your credit card information.

By making a purchase, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions. When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise. Once payment is made, it is deemed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and have verified that full payment has been made. Digital downloads are typically available within 15 minutes after payment verification.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The contents of this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
